PTFE Film

PTFE, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene, is a synthetic high-molecular-weight material. It has an extremely low surface energy, chemical, high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation and non-stick properties.As the "King of Plastics" ,PTFE has widespread applications in various fields of the national economy, including chemical, pharmaceutical, food, mechanical, electronic, electrical, military, aerospace, environmental protection, and bridge construction.

Material characteristics

Chemical Resistance

PTFE is inert to almost all chemicals and resists attack by strong acids, bases, organic solvents and oxidants over a wide temperature range (-250°C to +260°C).

Non-stick Property

Due to its low surface energy, PTFE surface is very smooth and not easily adhered to by other substances, which makes it widely used in non-stick pans, pipe linings, seals and other fields.

Heat Resistance

PTFE can maintain its physical and chemical properties at high temperatures, has a very high melting point (about 327°C) and excellent the heat resistance.
